Brag about it
Brag is an NFT auction site that allows users to bid on, purchase and donate NFT’s to non-profit organizations or charity’s of the users choice.
The Problem
NFT’s are a very new type of crypto currency; little is known or understood about how they work. There are few websites that provide this type of auction service. Due the scarce competitors, we need to stand out and make our site different and better in some way so that users navigate toward ‘Brag’ vs. other established NFT auction sites.
The Solution
By creating an NFT auction site that is educational, informative, easy to use, and engages each and every user in a fun an innovative way. We can create a site that is mobile friendly. This way users can browse through NFT’s, bid, auction, and follow the entire auction process on the go.

Stakeholder objectives
-
Begin
Start with research and compile all the data. Evaluate all the compiled data to develop ideas for sketching, app features, layouts, and wireframes.
-
Ideate
Develop ideas for wireframes, site structure, and content organization. Card sorting and sketching would be ideal for this portion of the research.
-
Design
Move forward with sketching, creating Lo-Fi wireframes. Test those and then create iterations of those. Move to Hi-Fi mockups and testing and prototyping those.

Takeaways
Not many people know what an NFT is or what it’s function is in the Cryptocurrency world
Many users are involved in charity work and like donating to those causes
User would be inclined to use an NFT auction app if it’s easy to understand and use
Education about NFT’s need to be integrated so users can remain in control and understand what they’re purchasing and donating
Problem Statement
We belive auction NFT’s for donation based on charities will achieve the interests of both NFT buyers and charities; financially supporting both parties. How might we create a space that is fun and engaging for our users so not only are they successful but so are eh non profits and charities?
Value Proposition
We provide charities the opportunity to expand their marketplace and the possibility of supporting their unique cause in an entirely new and innovate way. We’re believable because purchases are transparent and verified by the blockchain.

Austin
“I love the large headers on the pages. They act like section breakers and content dividers, while simultaneously giving you information on what content is below.”
-
Marci
“Overall everything looks and functions very well. The color palette chosen is just okay; could be better, but isn’t awful. Maybe look into changing or updating that in some way.”
-
Tyler
“Some of the wording on the ‘Featured Auction’ section could be confusing and make a user feel like they didn’t understand what they were reading.”
A / B Testing
-
A
Orignal color scheme
-
B
A different approach with the color scheme that can be presented to testers to obtain feedback on whether changing the color scheme is the right choice.
FINAL THOUGHTS
We want to eventually expand past using this website for NFT auctions and donations to charities, possibly looking at is going to have to adapt depending on how it develops going forward.
‘The Giving Block’, which is the leader in crypto donations recently announced that they have surpassed 100 million in crypto donations last year and projected to raise more than a billion this year.
Brag hopes to become as successful as ‘The Giving Block’ in terms of charity donations and with the growing community in Web3, we have no doubts that this concept could and will benefit charities/nonprofits everywhere.
